Trevor M. Saliba

Mr. Saliba is the Chairman and CEO of Saliba Group, Inc. and he is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Group, a family office backed private equity investment firm established in 2010 with investments across multiple asset classes including real estate, financial and business services, infrastructure and energy, consumer products, technology and media.

Mr. Saliba grew up in the construction industry starting at age eleven working summers in the equipment yard and then as a carpenter’s apprentice for Tutor-Saliba Corp. (now known as Tutor-Perini Corp. as a result of the 2008 merger). After graduation, he progressed within the firm working on the project management teams as a staff accountant/cost engineer for building and infrastructure projects. He represents the 4th generation of Saliba family members engaged in the construction and engineering industry.

Following his time at Tutor-Saliba, Mr. Saliba transitioned into the financial services sector beginning his career at Morgan Stanley where he enjoyed an accomplished industry career as an investment banker and financial advisor specializing in mergers and acquisitions, cross border investments and structured financings to public and private clients throughout the world before entering into the private equity side of capital markets. 

During his investment banking tenure, Mr. Saliba also served as Chairman and CEO of one of the Top 10 Los Angeles based investment banks having completed more than $5 billion in transactions and oversaw its ultimate sale in 2018. Mr. Saliba has been recognized numerous times for his accomplishments in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions including the Los Angeles Business Journal recognizing him as one of the “Most Influential Investment Bankers” in its 2018 inaugural edition.

Mr. Saliba also serves as Chairman of NMS Consulting, a global management consulting and strategic advisory firm comprised of a global team of over 250 professionals across 15 offices throughout the United States, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Mr. Saliba is an alumnus of Columbia Business School. He is the former past President of the Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter for the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Current professional memberships include the Association for Corporate Growth – Los Angeles Chapter and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). In 2018 he became a Milken Institute Associate. He resides in Beverly Hills with his wife and twin sons.
